Anti-Ageing Advice
Your skin tells all!
It really does reflect your health and wellbeing, it indicates your stress levels and of course it shows whether you have made age prevention part of your regular beauty routine. Don’t worry though, even if you haven’t been the kindest to your skin, it’s never too late to step up your skin care routine and reap the health and beauty rewards.
Moisture Your Skin!
Facial moisturising creams and lotions are essentially a mix of oil and water and also some additional ingredients! They are intended to make your skin not only feel good but look good too. Although the word “moisturiser” is used for creams and lotions, they don’t technically add water to or moisture the skin, they simple place a fine film on the surface of your skin and prevent your own skin’s moisture being lost.
What’s Your Skin Type?

Dry Skin Type
- Dry skin has a thin texture and a papery look.
- It feels dry to touch.
- The pores are very fine.
- After a wash it feels tight, as though it is too small for the face.
- By the middle of the day flaky patches appear.
- The skin hardly ever breaks out in spots.
